General Notarization
ACT 1 - $2.50 (per notarization)
For administering oaths, taking affidavits, taking proofs of a deed, and taking acknowledgements.
ACT 2 - $15
For administering oaths, taking affidavits, taking proofs of deed, and taking acknowledgements of the grantors in the transfer of real estate regardless of the number of such services performed in a single transaction to transfer real estate.
ACT 3 - $25
For administering oaths, taking affidavits, and taking acknowledgements of the mortgagors in the financing of real estate, regardless of the number of such services performed in a single transaction to finance real estate.
Additional Service Charges
Travel Cost ($25): 20 miles of travel included
*mileage fee $0.73 per mile after first 20 miles*
Printing ($30): documents of up to 200 pages
*printing additional pages* ($0.25 per page)
Travel and non-service ($45): this fee is due if notary travels to location and borrower refuses to sign
Remote Online Notarization ($50): additional platform and service fees may apply
Cancellation fee ($35): applies within 1 hour or less of notice
